White House Fall Festival

Join White House Fruit Farm for harvest season! Horse-drawn wagon rides, play area, pumpkin pavilion, food vendors, petting zoo, pony rides, live music and more.  

 

Ohio City Street Festival

Join Ohio City in celebrating the 5th annual Street Festival on September 29th! West 25th St. tends to be bustling on weekends, but chances are good that the Ohio City Street Festival will take things to a whole new level. Music, games, food, art, a printing station and the West Side Market—what's not to love? 

 

Apple Picking with Pick Your Own

Spend a weekend picking apples with your family! Visit the Pick Your Own website to find an apple orchard near you! The website also offers crop calendars for each local area to tell you what is available to pick throughout the year, local weather forecasts and really easy illustrated directions to show you how to make jam, jelly, salsa, pickles, spaghetti sauce, applesauce and apple butter!

 

Boo at the Zoo

There’s more to explore at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo! Don’t miss Cleveland’s favorite Halloween tradition - Boo at the Zoo presented by Citizens Bank. Bring your kids in costume and enjoy trick or treating, unlimited 4-D Theater movies, carousel and train rides, costumed characters, and the monster mash dance party! Don’t miss this limited-time event - Fridays through Sundays October 11 through 27 from 5 to 9 p.m.

 

Visit a Pumpkin Patch

A fall must-do is visiting a pumpkin patch! About 25 minutes outside of Cleveland, Mapleside Farms is a fully-operational apple orchard and pumpkin patch. They host fall festivals every weekend from September to October. From the Johnny Appleseed Festival to Spooky Weekend, enjoy apple and pumpkin picking, fresh kettle corn, hayrides, and zombie paintball. Other orchards and farms with corn mazes, cider events and more
