My experience working with Jeanne was negative. I worked with her because my old agent was out of town. My expectations were not met and requests made were not fulfilled to purchase a home she was listing but also assistance in showing the home.

My husband and I worked with Jeanne while shopping for our first home. We were very indecisive in what we wanted and we cast a wide net bouncing between various suburbs of Cleveland. Jeanne was patient and offered incredible guidance and insight along the way. She was there to answer every question, offer her honest opinion, and felt like family. She knew what we were looking for in a home, and we couldn't have imagined doing this without her.

For over 5 years Jeanne patiently stuck by our side as we searched for our first home purchase. The reality of the searching process was very overwhelming, but she dedicated her full time to ensuring we were educated on making the correct investment for what was best for our family. We couldn't have imagined anyone else to represent us throughout our journey. 3 months into homeownership and she still remains by our sides with any questions/concerns we might have. Jeanne is the best realtor I’ve worked with. I retained her services in late May of 2023 and closed on the sale in mid-August. We listed in early July after getting the house ready. She was extremely helpful in the preparation leading up to the listing, connecting me with any tradesperson I needed to assist in minor and medium size project repairs. All her advice on what needs to be fixed/can be left alone was spot on and the determining factor in a lightning fast sale. From listing to closing in 5 ½ weeks. It was a pleasure to work with her mortgage broker. Her photographer did an outstanding job. I also bought my new home with her help and closed on that property just a day after the other closing. I found her to be a very skilled negotiator, highly knowledgeable about applicable laws, procedures and processes. She’s focused and goal oriented, while at the same time personable, laid back and with a good sense of humor. As a single woman going through this process there was some anxiety and she was my rock. She was always available by phone/text and I really felt that she represented and advocated for me.

We have worked with Jeanne on multiple real estate transactions and have been more than pleased every time. She is thorough in her work, responsive, and provides honest feedback. Additionally, we feel she always has our best interest in mind. We plan to continue working with Jeanne and would recommend her to anyone!

Today's market has changed so much since we last sold a house. I believe it is very important to understand the impact of social media in selling a home. Jeanne not only understands that, but is very proficient in utilizing social media to benefit home sales. Jeanne did not dictate that we totally redo our home in order to sell it as many realtors do. She offered suggestions but was very realistic in what was important and what was not. Jeanne is obviously new to the business. There were times when she did not know the answers to our questions.
