Jeanne was very, very patient with us. We dragged her out to so many complete dead-ends and she never missed a beat or complained. She was honest in her opinions but always optimistic and supportive of our ideas. When we found THE one, Jeanne completely knocked it out of the park. She went above and beyond to present our case to the seller and helped us make our dream house a reality. Finding the right house is extremely difficult and a true emotional rollercoaster. My experience working with Jeanne was negative. I worked with her because my old agent was out of town. My expectations were not met and requests made were not fulfilled to purchase a home she was listing but also assistance in showing the home.

Jeanne is the best realtor I’ve worked with. I retained her services in late May of 2023 and closed on the sale in mid-August. We listed in early July after getting the house ready. She was extremely helpful in the preparation leading up to the listing, connecting me with any tradesperson I needed to assist in minor and medium size project repairs. All her advice on what needs to be fixed/can be left alone was spot on and the determining factor in a lightning fast sale. From listing to closing in 5 ½ weeks. It was a pleasure to work with her mortgage broker. Her photographer did an outstanding job. I also bought my new home with her help and closed on that property just a day after the other closing. I found her to be a very skilled negotiator, highly knowledgeable about applicable laws, procedures and processes. She’s focused and goal oriented, while at the same time personable, laid back and with a good sense of humor. As a single woman going through this process there was some anxiety and she was my rock. She was always available by phone/text and I really felt that she represented and advocated for me.
