Adele Applegate

I am looking for a retirement home in the tri-state area. Other agents I've contacted have been very lax about returning calls and getting info I've asked for. Adele on the other hand is always quick to respond and goes "above and beyond!". I am so happy I found this agent!

Adele is a true pleasure to work with in trying to find a home. We are trying relocate to the area and she is so helpful in providing us information on the area. She will tell you stuff that other realtors won't like, "You don't want that house it has black mold or the wiring needs replaced. She will work hard to find you the house you want. She is passionate and caring and totally professional. You cant go wrong with Adele Applegate as your realtor. She was able to negotiate the price of the house I wanted and closed the deal quickly.
