I have been a long time resident of Columbiana County.   Worked  as Director of Nursing for the Columbiana County Health Department and Field Nurse Consultant  for the Ohio Department of Health.  My nursing experience has taught me excellent listening and communication skills as well as attention to detail!   I will give the highest service available  and inform you to know as much about the process as possible.
