I found Linda Crider through my Mortgage Company and what a blessing it was. I was living in Philadelphia and was moving back to Salem. So, my family worked with Linda to look at houses. I was very impressed with her knowledge and her willingness to assist me in every way should could. She found me exactly what I was looking for and she made the process painless. She was available at pretty much all times of day to answer questions. She stayed on top of things and went above and beyond to get things done. Many times she was available even on short notice to squeeze us in to seeing a home quickly. Absolutely the best. Hands down. Made the process real easy and quick. Generally a real pain buying a house, not this time. The house we bought was a HUD listing. Which is usually a real treat, this time it actually was.

I was assigned a buyers agent by one of the lenders I was pre-approved with. I definitely feel that I was lucky when they pointed me to Linda. I have to disclose that I have not yet purchased a home but that is through no fault of her's. due to circumstances of my own, i had to back away from the market for a while. I can assure you that when the time comes to start looking again, I will be calling Linda back. She is extremely professional, not pushy at all.
