Cindy Sneltzer really went the extra mile in handling the sale of this home. I live out of state and Cindy took it upon herself to coordinate appointments with service contractors, getting estimates for repairs and being on the property to be sure the work was completed properly. At our first meeting, she gave me honest feedback about what was needed to sell, determine price and made strategic suggestions throughout the process. She held several open houses.
