I was born and raised in Wadsworth, OH. After attending Ohio University, where I majored in Liberal Arts, I moved to California. As luck would have it, my very first job was as an administrative assistant/bookkeeper for a real estate company in Long Beach, CA called Shoreline Properties.

It was a wonderful starting position because the company allowed me to continue my education so that I could better assist with all the accounting. They managed several limited partnerships in apartment complexes and that gave me my first inside look at the industry.

After 5 years, in working in administration, I obtained my California real estate license and my affiliated broker gave me a neighborhood on the waterfront in the Naples Community of Long Beach. When my children were born, I decided to leave the business for a while to attend to their needs and settled in Newport Beach. Years, later, I moved back to Ohio with my children to be closer to family. It was at that time, I knew that I wanted to get back into the real estate. So, I obtained my Ohio license.

I began working with the same brand to which I was affiliated with in California but it wasn't long before I was recruited by Kovack Realty to head up a community iin their new homes divison. Kovack Realty has since joined the dominate brand of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. When the building industry took a hit in 2008, I managed Fannie Mae foreclosure assets and yet, to this day, I'm still very much involved in resale.

Since I'm not a memebr of team. I handle every aspect of the real estate process myself. The benefit to my clients is I'm reachable and accountable to my clients needs. It also helps that I am tech savy which help stream line every transaction
