Meet Your Realtor, Johanna Perrino

Johanna Perrino has been in the real state business for 12 years, and is consistently a Multi-Million Dollar Producer.  She enjoys working with both buyers and sellers, and has a wonderful talent for helping first time buyers and sellers understand the transaction process.  She prides herself with offering a smooth transaction, and promises to guide her clients every step of the way. 

Johanna has been consistently recognized in the OHIO REALTORS' President's Sales Club, achieved by only the top 10 percent of all OHIO real estate agents, as well as named one of the TOP 200 AGENTS of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices - the TOP 10% of over 2,000 agents. 

Johanna is very involved in her community, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Wadsworth Chamber of Commerce, currently serving as Secretary and Fundraising Chair. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Main Street Wadsworth, and as a member of the Wadsworth Older Adults Foundation Professional Friends (supporting the activities of the Soprema Senior Center). She is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Medina County, and served on the Board of Directors and Marketing committee. During Wadsworth's Bicentennial celebration year, Johanna served as Publicity Chair of the Wadsworth Bicentennial Executive Committee, and was responsible for designing and implementing the advertising campaign, special promotions, social media, website design and maintenance, and as a point of sale for Bicentennial merchandise.  Johanna was also responsible for coordinating the television coverage of all Bicentennial events that year.  It was an exciting time for Wadsworth, and Johanna was so happy to be a part of it.

If you're local to Medina County, you may recognize Johanna from her work with WCTV, the local television station, at which she worked as operations manager, public relations coordinator, production trainer, and on-air talent, and recently retired from WCTV after 33 years. 

Johanna loves traveling, local theater, visiting the beach, watching movies and reality TV (yes, she admits, she's hooked!), and especially cooking and baking for family and friends.  She is definitely a "foodie", and loves to try new things, new restaurants, and new recipes.
