Jim Fox Vice President of Sales & Operations | Principal Broker Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty EXECUTIVE BIOGRAPHY Jim Fox serves as Vice President of Sales and Operations for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty, bringing over three decades of deep industry knowledge, executive management expertise, and higher-level governance to one of Northeast Ohios premier real estate brokerages. Holding this position since 2020, and previously serving as VP of Sales & Operations for Stouffer Realty since 2012, Jim oversees operational excellence, strategic sales growth, and professional development across the companys regional footprint. Jim launched his real estate career in 1994 as a licensed agent serving the Solon, Aurora, and Twinsburg markets. His innate leadership capabilities and passion for professional development quickly propelled him into management roles across Northeast Ohio. Over his career, he has served as West Regional Training Manager for Realty One, Regional Vice President for the Stark, Wayne, and Medina markets, and Sales Manager for high-producing offices in Cleveland-Westpark, Canton/Carrollton, Brunswick, and Strongsville with Realty One and Howard Hanna. Jim earned his Brokers License in 2014, further cementing his dedication to real estate mastery and regulatory standard-setting. Beyond corporate operations, Jim is a nationally recognized leader in organized real estate, advocating for property rights, professional ethics, and MLS innovation. He has served multiple terms on the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Board of Directors and the NAR Idea Exchange Council for Brokers. At the state level, Jim has been a continuous member of the Ohio REALTORS® Board of Directors since 2013, serving on the Executive Committee (2026), as Chair of the MLS Forum Committee (2026), Chair of the Council on Leadership (2020), Chair of Communications (2020), and as a long-standing contributor to the Legislative Steering Committee. Jims leadership in Multiple Listing Service (MLS) infrastructure has been pivotal to regional market operations. A former Chairman of MLS NOW (2021–2022), he continues to guide the organization as Treasurer (2025–2026) and Finance Committee Chairman (2026).
