Ava sold our house and then helped with with the purchase of our new house. We sold an older home built in 1874 and bought a ranch built in 1980. She was very knowledgeable of the area we wanted to buy in. She also kept up on all the details, for example our septic needed replaced in the home we bought and she kept up to date with those details. She also had my husbands sleep schedule written down. Since he works nights she kept all the showing and viewings booked around that. She told in advance what we needed to do so our house would be pleasing and presented well for the showing.
