Alison did a fantastic job preparing us for our home sale and guiding us through the home sale process. After moving more than 12 times over the past 30+ years, I have seen good realtors and not so good realtors. Alison is the best of the best and knows her business well. She is very knowledgeable on marketing of the property, preparing the property for sale, ensuring the property is properly positioned in the market and also is extremely responsive. I can truthfully say, she is the absolute best realtor I have worked with over the years. For anyone considering selling, I recommend Alison as she will get the job done better than any other realtor I know. Don't bother looking any further, just call Alison.

I don’t know what to say…I never write reviews but I was so incredibly offended by the lack of response after promised follow ups and a genuine lack of business etiquette that I had to write an review. I can only make assumptions on why. I would assume we didn’t have enough to spend for her to prioritize returning a phone call? Maybe she had too many clients? Too busy? Either way, being polite is not a strong suit for her. I would look elsewhere for a realtor that has common courtesy to return phone calls.

Alison is an amazing realtor with an incredible work ethic that never stops. I highly recommend her. She found the perfect home for me and is an expert negotiator. She new exactly what to do to get me the house of my dreams.

Alison and Chris were great to work with in both selling our previous home and buying our current home. Alison was extremely responsive in helping us navigate a challenging buyer's market and encouraged us to be patient in waiting for the right home. When we encountered difficulties with our seller prior to closing, Alison took the lead on addressing them to ensure things were handled appropriately by the time we took possession. Alison and Chris are definitely very familiar with the market in North East Ohio and how things work. They walked us through the offer process to ensure that our offer is picked by the sellers. Very responsive through all means of communication.

Right from the beginning she was very accommodating weather it was just my wife and I looking or with our college age kids.At the inspections I had a hypoglycemic reaction, she made it a priority to find me something to eat. We had to have an extra roof inspection, she coordinated it with everyone.Overall it was just great experience, and everyone she recommended for us to work with was outstanding.
