  Arbutus started her career in the Criminal Justice Field 20 years ago before shifting to management. This explains her patience, organization skills, and the proven ability to understand processes & procedures. By making a leap to the real estate industry from being a Project Manager/Sales Representative for over 15 years and a logistic coordinator for another 3 years, she found success by committing to her real estate education and gaining mass knowledge from highly acclaimed real estate mentors & coaches. She also went back to school and obtained her Degree in Business Administration & Project Management along with numerous certifications & designation’s.

  Having worked as both a Property & a Project Manager, Arbutus understands the dynamics that inspire people to invest in real estate and how emotional each decision is. Armed with this knowledge, she focuses on helping others make the best move. Her unique combination of education and experience in the business of purchasing foreclosures, flipping homes, rental, and construction has equipped her with client service skills needed to get to the closing table and the compassion that allows her to connect to her client as an adept advisor and trusted advocate.
