It was a great easy process and experience. And no matter how small the detail she made sure I was kept in the loop every step of the way. She even went above and beyond to help with a hurdle that was encountered during the sell. My hot water tank and furnace was stolen during this process and she referred a reliable contractor that did awesome work.

Arbutus was a godsend, she went above and beyond what I expected in a real estate agent. Her help finding reliable contractors who were also professional and quick really helped me get what I needed when selling my home. I know a lot people feel as if their agent worked very little to earn so much on their commission, but that was not my case. She gladly and tirelessly answered all of my calls when the pressure was on for me. Even offering to help load up some of my accumulated clutter and taking it 50 miles to my new home.
