So we originally had another realtor that was just not working for us. So we searched for someone new and along cane Christina Gemmel. Let me start by saying that we had an amazing experience. We wouldn’t change a single detail about our home buying experience. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Christina took the time to listen what our interests in a home were and our budget. She never pushed or got frustrated by wanting to see more house. I will say that whenever my family and friends need to sell or buy homes I will be sure to recommend Christina. We are truly thankful for the work she has done for us.

Christina was very helpful in our search for a house. She sent is everything she could find that fit what we were looking for. She was always quick to respond and get answers for us, day and night. She showed us a house at 9 o'clock at night. The process went as smooth as possible. I would definitely use her again.

Christina was great to work with. As a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions, and Christina helped me walk through the entire process. She was always professional, promptly answered phone calls, texts, and emails. I am well pleased with the services Christina provided!

We had agents tell us we would be lucky to break even not too long ago. We were surprised when Christina told us we could actually come away with some money. Sure enough a few months later we not only sold our old house and bought our new house but had enough to put a sizable down payment on our new house. I didn't think it was possible but here we are. If you think you are trapped in your house give Christina a call. You might have to put in a little elbow grease and compromise a lititle with the buyer but in the end it is completely worth it.

Sold our home within a week, largely in part due to her photos, advertising and showing the house. She also helped us find the home we purchased. She was so in a tuned to our wants and needs that when this home became available she brought us to it when we were scheduled to see other houses. Second showing and our minds were made up. Hopefully this will be our forever home but if we ever need a realtor again we would definitely turn to Christina.

Loved working with her she always answered text phone calls even if she was busy with call me back right away kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on when houses came on the market when we decided what we wanted she got right on it putting our bed in and kept us up-to-date on everything that was going on I have already met recommended her to a few friends and would continue to do so
