Michelle is a Cleveland native who graduated from Glenville High School. A scholar student and athlete, she attended Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio. In 2005, she earned her B.A. in Early Childhood Education. In 2012, Michelle earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Before changing her career to Real Estate, Michelle worked with the City of Cleveland for a total of 18 years. While in college, she was a summer student for one year. In 2005, she was hired as a Deputy Bailiff and after 8 years, she was hired as a Probation Officer. Michelle fulfilled that position for 9 years until October of 2022.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys line dancing, reading and learning new things. Other interests include listening to music, going to concerts, traveling, eating, cooking and taking walks on Lake Erie.
