Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, I have witnessed the real estate market here continuously grow and I am passionate about the tri-county area. I have been a licensed agent since 2014. Before joining the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty's Boardman Office, I held my real estate license with Klacik Real Estate in Poland, OH. In 2021 I decided to take a short break from real estate and recently reactivated my license and completed the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices mentor and training program.
Prior to and in-between selling homes, I worked in various sales roles(business to business, personal and retail) and studied interpersonal communication and marketing. As your realtor, I will be an advocate for you. Whether you are selling, buying or investing, I will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. My marketing experience helps my sellers get the fairest price in the least possible amount of time using state of the art technology and advertising materials. My research and interpersonal communication experience serves as a fantastic negotiating skill for my buyer's purchases. I understand ROI and how to calculate returns. I understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful.
As a full-time Realtor, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. I will accomplish this through constant communication and being accessible whenever you need me. While not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with my children and family. We enjoy entertaining friends and family, spending time outdoors, and exploring the parks and lakes our valley has to offer. It would be a pleasure and honor to work with you.
