As a real estate professional, my approach is defined by a simple question my mother taught me to ask as a child: “What is next?” This game of anticipating outcomes and planning ahead has become the cornerstone of my career, allowing me to provide clients with strategic foresight in every transaction. Whether guiding an investor through property analysis or helping someone find their next home, I am constantly looking several steps ahead to ensure the best possible result.
My passion for real estate was solidified in 2007 when I purchased my first apartment building. This firsthand experience as an investor ignited my desire to help others navigate the market, and I began my career as a real estate agent shortly after. My hands-on experience has been further shaped by my role as a regional office trainer for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty, where I've had the privilege of helping shape the careers of new agents—a passion that has now led to my next chapter.
Driven by a commitment to elevate professional standards in our industry, I am proud to be a state-certified real estate pre-licensing instructor for the state of Ohio. This dedication to quality education is underscored by my Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) certification, a distinction held by only 11 professionals in the state.
