Thank you for taking a moment to review my page. My name is Anne Martin, and I have proudly called the Howland area home for over 45 years. I serve clients throughout Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana counties and bring an understanding of the local community, its neighborhoods, and the people who make it special.
My connection to this area runs deep—not only have I lived here for decades, but I have also built my career here, beginning with Packard Electric, now Aptiv. In addition to my work in real estate, I currently serve as a plant manager in the plastics industry, with experience in purchasing and engineering. This diverse professional background has strengthened my attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of my clients.
As a real estate professional, I specialize in residential homes and luxury properties, land and first-time homebuyers. I am passionate about helping people find not just a house, but a place they can truly call home. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family—my husband, our daughter, and our three dogs. If I am not in Ohio, chances are I am by the beach somewhere! The ocean is one of my greatest loves!
I am a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering and completed my real estate education at Davis College in Toledo. I was also honored with the “Women Breaking the Mold” award for my accomplishments in the plastics industry.

Cinder is a rescue, as are all my dogs! His mom was found along I-680 in Younnngstown and brought to Every Dog Matters Rescue in Boardman. He was one of 8 puppies. My daughter adopted his sister, Pepper, who lives with her in CIncinatti. Cinder looks like a black "Golden" and has a sweet, loving and affectionate personality. He loves to go on walks and explore the neighborhood

Pebbles was a Rescue from Animal Welfare League. She was found in the woods on a pebble path in the winter. She went through the prison program at Trumbull Correctional Institution where she was taught obedience, potty trained, etc. I highly recomment the program as it is a terrific program for the dogs, but also for the inmates who do the training! We received a heartfelt note from her tainer/inmate that I will not forget. My mom adopted Pebbles on St Patricks Day in 2017 - we think she was somewhere between 1 and 2 years old. She was the best companion to my mom and sat on her lap until the very end. When my mom passed away, Pebbles was blended into our existing pack of three dogs. She ruled the roost then, as she still does! Tiny but mighty!

Ginger is a resuce from Lake Erie Labrador Retriever Rescue in Mentor. Her mom was rescued from Holmes County where we suspect she escaped (or was dumped) from a puppy mill. Her mom Misty had eleven (yes, ELEVEN!!) puppies. I watched the puppies grow on a YouTube channel every night at 7PM. She turned out to be a full bred silver lab who has the most loving personality. She loves to play fetch, run the yard and play tug of war with Cinder & Pebbles!
