Being first time purchasers, we were concerned with this process. Being out of state heightened our anxieties. He made the process incredibly easy and guided us through every step of the process. Nick personally picked us up from the airport and drove us directly to several properties in our areas of interest. This was such a valuable use of our time being we were in town for only 36 hours.His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to make educated decisions separates puts him in a class above most.
